Arnold needs to more effectively control the massive amounts of pollutants arising from the uncontrolled wildfires raging throughout Kalifornia year after year. Can't he do a more effective job?
He's a smoke and mirrors kind of guy. Blame Bush for everything while the Kalifornia atomosphere poisons and chokes the lungs of its citizens.
Too bad he can't be Prezinator! Perhaps he has a shot as leader of China or India?
