As anyone who has played the game knows, tennis can be dangerous. I've had this happen twice in fifty years. I remember both times very vividly.

You raise a very serious issue. Why are the candidates not discussing this? I'm not certain I personally would go so far as to support a total ban on tennis but perhaps a low level congressional committee should look into issuing licenses,..
Having played racketball for years, I can more attest to the racket being a potential self-inflicted hazard too. My bottom takes more punishment from the opponents shot. I'd rather have a black n' blue butt than black n' blue ... (ouch!).
