Now there's some impressive stuff. Let's see...the paper of record (New York Times) with its staff of 'inventive' journalists, followed by a ruling from some judge in California and filled with a quote from Sen. John 'Sour Grapes' Kerry.
Gee, was it proofread by the democrat national committee and approved for release by the great Howard Dean before you published it?

MILAN, Italy — First it was the film and the book. Now the next stop for Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth" is opera.

La Scala officials say the Italian composer Giorgio Battistelli has been commissioned to produce an opera on the international multiformat hit for the 2011 season at the Milan opera house. The composer is currently artistic director of the Arena in Verona.

Just for equal time reasons, you can go here and have a few chuckles reading Rush's ditto heads and their various scientific theories. Scorn, ridicule, attacking the messenger. That's the methodology.
